A new build luxury apartment block in the heart of London with lovely views out over the landscaped garden and back across to Central London.
Consisting of eight large apartments, each with their own private terraces and balconies, and one Penthouse apartment with a huge roof terrace. These apartments boast huge open plan kitchen, living, dining rooms that open out onto their terraces that overlook the gardens.
All aspects of this project were done to the highest specification including the secure basement car park.
This is a project I worked on while with Casson Conder Partnership Architects in London.

Huge open plan Living, Dining, Kitchen spaces with beautiful solid timber parquet flooring and glazed facades gave these apartments a unique draw in central London.
The building is set within a private garden for the residents to enjoy in addition to the private terraces which accompany each apartment.
Bespoke Kitchen joinery including large islands and integrated utility cupboards provided each apartment with everything the occupant may require.
Marble clad bathrooms with balcony access were filled with natural light and high quality sanitary ware.
